VALENTINE’S THEMED BAHAMAS GETAWAY MOBILE SWEEPSTAKES
OFFICIAL RULES

1. GENERAL: These are the official rules (the “Official Rules”) for Valentine’s Themed Bahamas Getaway Mobile Sweepstakes, (the “Sweepstakes”). The Sweepstakes is administered and sponsored by Citadel Broadcasting Corporation (“Administrator/Sponsor”), 261 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10016 (“Presenter”).

2. HOW TO ENTER – Two (2) Ways:

a. VALENTINE’S THEMED BAHAMAS GETAWAY MOBILE SWEEPSTAKES will begin at 6am ET on 2/1/10 and will end at 11:59pm ET on 2/14/10.

b. Methods of entry:
1. Text Entry: Submit a text entry using your mobile phone by the specific keyword to a specific short code. See the main sweepstakes information page on this site for the keyword/short code combination. Each entrant who submits a text entry will receive a bounceback message confirming their entry. Each entrant will also be put into the station’s mobile club. They will receive a second text message welcoming them into that station’s mobile club, along with instructions for them to opt-out if desired. The mobile club will send information via text message about show updates, cool offers, future sweepstakes and promotions directly to the mobile phone used to submit the text entry if they choose to remain in the club. Standard text messaging rates will apply. Enter as often as you wish via text entry. Text entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on 2/14/10. You may opt out of the Club at any time by replying to a message and texting the word “Stop”.

2. On-Line Entry: To submit an on-line entry, visit the sweepstakes page on this website during the “Registration Period” and fully complete the registration page with all required information. Any on-line entry submitted with an invalid email address, or any other deficiency, will be disqualified. Any available opt-in opportunities are not required to enter the Sweepstakes, and checking the opt-in boxes will not improve your chances of winning. Enter as often as you wish via on-line entry. On-line entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on 2/14/10.

c. The VALENTINE’S THEMED BAHAMAS GETAWAY MOBILE SWEEPSTAKES is a multi-market sweepstakes with only one (1) winner selected from the 68 participating Citadel Broadcasting Corporation radio stations:

Entrants may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the station/Presenter.

d. There is no limit to the number of times a listener may submit a text message entry; standard text messaging fees apply.

3. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS:

a. The sweepstakes is open to legal US residents 18 years of age or older. Employees of each participating station, its licensee, Citadel Broadcasting Corporation, their affiliated entities, affiliated advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other radio stations in the areas of each participating station and the members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate or win. Immediate family shall include spouse, parents, children, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren and any other person residing within the same household.

b. Listeners are eligible to win a Citadel Broadcasting Corporation sweepstakes only once every thirty (30) days. Only one (1) winner per household is permitted in any sweepstakes.

c. Winners will be required to sign a Winner’s Liability Release as well as a Travel Release Form as a condition of receiving any prize in this sweepstakes. Winner’s travel companions will be required to sign a Travel Release.

d. Text message based entry into any sweepstakes is subject to the sweepstakes rules, Station’s standard terms and conditions and Station’s privacy policy. The foregoing policies can be obtained from the Station website or by sending a written request to Station for a copy of such policies. Standard text messaging rates, as established by an individual’s wireless carrier, may apply, and Station assumes no responsibility for any fees or charges incurred for and associated with any text message sent to or from Station. Any and all fees arising out of the transmission of a text message shall be the sole responsibility of the entrant. By participating in a sweepstakes in which text message based entry is permitted, entrants acknowledge that text messages are distributed and delivered through third party providers; Station does not guarantee, and shall not be responsible for, the delivery or timeliness of any text message entry. Station will at all times consider the time that a message is logged as arriving in its system as being the time of entry, regardless of the time at which the entrant attempted to send the entry and any technical problems or other complications that may have delayed its delivery. Station is not responsible for service outages, message failures, transmission delays or any other factor affecting the availability or performance of the text messaging service. Sweepstakes with text message based entries are subject to Station’s Privacy Policy. By participating in the sweepstakes, entrants agree that the Station may contact that entrant at the telephone number from which the text message entry was received. All text message entries must come from a valid and identifiable telephone number. Station reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry if that entry’s source and sender cannot be reasonably determined. Station, through its third party text messaging administrators, will store all messages received on its system. Station may require, on request, proof of identity as to the rightful owner of the phone number from which the text message entry was sent.

e. Any incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, damaged, or for entries submitted in a manner that is not expressly allowed under these rules, or for any entry not submitted or received due to any technical error or failure, unauthorized human intervention, inaccurate capture or mis-entry of any required information, or the failure to capture any such information or effects of hackers or failure of any electronic equipment, computer or cellular transmissions and/or network connections; all of which will be disqualified.

f. Each participant must submit an entry on his/her own behalf. Any entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s email address or name will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize. No mechanically reproduced or automated entries permitted. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void.

g. In the event of a dispute as to any on-line or text-entry registration, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address or mobile phone used to register will be deemed to be the registrant and he/she must be eligible according to these Official Rules. The “authorized email account holder” is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. The “authorized mobile phone account holder” is the natural person listed on the account by the cellular service provider, associated with the mobile phone number used to submit the text entry. All entries received become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

h. By participating in a sweepstakes in which text message based entry is permitted, entrants acknowledge that text messages are distributed and delivered through third party providers; Administrator does not guarantee, and shall not be responsible for, the delivery or timeliness of any text message entry. Administrator will at all times consider the time that a message is logged as arriving in its system as being the time of entry, regardless of the time at which the entrant attempted to send the entry and any technical problems or other complications that may have delayed its delivery, Administrator is not responsible for service outages, message failures, transmission delays or any other factor affecting the availability or performance of the text messaging service. Administrator further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the sweepstakes if, in the sole discretion of the Administrator, it is impossible or impractical to complete the sweepstakes as planned for any reason, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.

i. Participants in the sweepstakes must possess valid government issued photo identification.

4. PRIZE: One grand prize winner will be chosen randomly from among all entries received nationwide to receive:

a. Roundtrip coach class air transportation for two, from a major U.S. gateway to Nassau Paradise Island, Bahamas. Five-night accommodations at the Sheraton Nassau Beach Resort, including breakfast daily and one dinner for two.

Winner and winner’s guest must travel on the same itinerary; winner and guest will travel from and return to the major US gateway airport closest to the winner’s residence, as determined in the sole discretion of the Prize Provider. Grand Prize travel package provided by the Sheraton Nassau Beach Resort.

Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize: $2,500.

b. Prize or prize certificates may be picked up at the office of participating station. Any prize or prize certificate not claimed within thirty days of winning will be forfeited by the winner. In the event that a prize or prize certificate is mailed to the winner, it will be with the prior written consent of the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of its arrival. Citadel Broadcasting Corporation is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate.

c. Sweepstakes prizes are not transferable. Prizes may not be substituted for or redeemed for cash.

d. Grand Prize winner will receive 1099 IRS Tax form for the value of the grand prize as stated in these sweepstakes rules.

e. Prizes are limited solely to those items explicitly set forth herein and shall not include any and all other expenses, incidentals or taxes that may arise out of the winner’s receipt of this prize.

f. Prizes will be awarded as is, with no written or express warranty.

5. SELECTION OF WINNERS:

a. Decisions of station management with respect to the sweepstakes are final.

b. MSNAP will randomly select one (1) Grand Prize winner no later than 5:00 PM Eastern Time on Monday, 2/15/10, and will notify the home station of the winner as soon as possible.

c. Grand Prize Winner may be notified by their home market station. If the winner(s) cannot be contacted within 24 hours after their selection, they will forfeit and an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining pool of eligible qualifiers.

d. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

6. CONDITIONS:

a. Photo identification and social security number of the Grand Prize winner may also be required in order to collect the prize.
Payment of all federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners will be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent. Winner will receive a 1099 for the value of the prize as stated in these sweepstakes rules.

b. Winner is required to sign a release in order receive their prize. Failure or refusal to execute the release will result in winner forfeiting the prize. Pursuant to the liability release, the winners will agree to hold each participating station, its licensee, Citadel Broadcasting Corporation, their subsidiaries, affiliated companies and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the sweepstakes.

c. By participating in the sweepstakes, the winner or winners (and their guest or traveling companion, if applicable) agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this sweepstakes without additional financial or other compensation, and to sign a publicity release prior to acceptance of the prize.

d. Each participating station, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the participating station Web Site or who is otherwise in violation of the rules. Citadel Broadcasting Corporation further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the sweepstakes if it is not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.

e. Citadel Broadcasting Corporation reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify the sweepstakes rules and dates at any time for any reason.
f. Material modifications shall be announced on-air, when practical. By participating in this sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these sweepstakes rules, any modifications thereof, and by all other rules imposed by Station management. If due to circumstances beyond the control of Citadel Broadcasting Corporation and/or the participating Station, any event associated with this sweepstakes or the prize is delayed, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled, Citadel Broadcasting Corporation and/or the participating Station reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify the sweepstakes and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.

g. No purchase is necessary. The sweepstakes is void where prohibited.

h. Failure to comply with the sweepstakes rules may result in an entrant's disqualification, at the sole discretion of each Citadel Broadcasting Corporation and/or the participating Station.

i. Citadel Broadcasting Corporation and/or the participating Station is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of a prize.

j. Copies of the written sweepstakes rules and a list of all winners are available during regular business hours at the main studio of each participating station or by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to each participating station.

k. Citadel Broadcasting Corporation and/or the participating Station reserves the right to substitute a prize of greater or equal value at its sole discretion.

7. PRIVACY POLICY: Collection and use of personally identifiable information will be in accordance with the Citadel Interactive Privacy Policy as posted on this site. By participating in the sweepstakes, entrants agree that Administrator may contact that entrant at the telephone number from which the text message entry was received. All text message entries must come from a valid and identifiable telephone number. Administrator reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry if that entry’s source and sender cannot be reasonably determined. Administrator, through its third party text messaging administrators, will store all messages received on its system.

8. OFFICIAL RULES/WINNERS LIST: For a copy of the Official Rules, log on to your local station webpage. For a copy of the Official Winners List, (available approximately March 1, 2010) mail a self-addressed stamped envelope by August 4, 2010, to Bahamas Getaway Winners, Citadel Media, 261 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10016.
